I’ve just completed the online survey following our recent event at Novotel Wollongong, but I also wanted to email you personally to say thank you to you and your team for all your efforts to help us put on an amazing event last week. Everyone from our team here at Red Bull had an amazing experience and enjoyed their stay at the hotel, and the conference itself. 

 

Every part of the event from the conference facilities, the service from the Novotel team, the rooms and the catering was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. We could not have asked for more attentive and customer focused support from you all. Every detail was taken care of and worked through, and it all came together spectacularly well last week.
